Deepak Suthar
Founder
Deepak Suthar is a well known veteran in the real estate & constructions sector. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from India’s most renowned institute & MBA from East Africa’s University.
After completing his graduation in Civil Engineering Deepak Suthar started his career in East Africa from 1994 as Project Manager to CEO in multinational constructions firms and completed various prestigious projects for clients like Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays Bank, Crane Bank, Orient Bank, Metro Cash & Carry, British Embassy, American Embassy, Norway Embassy, Malago Hospital, African University, Sarena Hotel, Nile Breweries, Nile Power Project, Kampala Road Development, Kampala Water Treatment Plant and many more, he is a knowledge bank of constructions technology & constructions managements.
In the year 2009 he returned back to India in search of more exciting and challenging opportunities and started with a real estate constructions project in Gujarat comprising 200 Villas, staff buildings for Deepak Cement, staff building for Sparta cement, Infrastructure works for Adani Port, After the successful completion projects in Gujarat, he decided to explore the commercial capital of India – Mumbai. from 2011 he was on boards of many giant real estate brands of Mumbai with responsibilities of project acquisitions, project designing, project constructions.
In 2020 he formed ARYAN CONSTRUCTION with the objective of meeting the ever-growing demands of real estate and BARTAR construction sector he aims to bring modern artificial intelligence technology in Indian construction sector.
Aryan Suthar
Director
Aryan Suthar is responsible for managing the company’s digital presence and online operations. He oversees social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, online branding, and lead generation, ensuring consistent visibility and engagement across all digital channels.
He plays a key role in handling online customer inquiries, coordinating digital sales processes, and supporting the sales team through technology-driven tools. Aryan also works on improving the company’s online platforms, optimizing website performance, and using data-driven insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.
With a strong focus on modern marketing and digital innovation, his objective is to strengthen the brand’s online identity, reach the right audience, and create a seamless digital experience for customers and investors.
Neeraj Suthar
Director
Niraj Suthar focuses on data-driven planning and financial analysis to support informed decision-making at Aryan Constructions. He holds an MSc in Business Data Analytics from Cranfield University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering.
He supports project budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational coordination, helping management evaluate project feasibility, costs, and performance. He works with analytical and technical tools including Python, R, SQL, MATLAB, and data visualization dashboards to model costs, forecast outcomes, and track project performance. With a strong focus on integrating analytics and digital tools, he aims to improve efficiency, transparency, and execution across real estate and construction projects.
